刘利强,男,汉族,1975年5月生,内蒙古包头市人。1997年和2003年毕业于内蒙古工业大学机电一体化专业和控制理论与控制工程专业,分获学士和硕士学位;2010年10月毕业于西安交通大学电气工程专业,获博士学位。
主要研究方向为电路理论及其应用、变电站接地网可靠性及故障诊断。前者主要研究电路理论在模拟、模数混合电路系统中的建模及故障诊断问题;后者主要针对变电站接地网的腐蚀诊断、安全可靠运行及寿命分析进行研究。
主持完成内蒙古工业大学基金项目2项,作为主要人员参加内蒙古自然科学基金项目1项、国家教育部高等学校博士点基金项目1项;攻读博士学位期间参加了国家电网科技项目“接地网安全评估和综合诊断关键技术研究”。在《InternationalJournal of Applied Electromagnetics and Mechanics》、《中国电机工程学报》、《电工技术学报》等期刊和国际会议发表学术论文10余篇,其中SCI收录1篇次,EI收录7篇次,ISTP收录2篇次。
