贾彦,女,汉族,1973年5月生。2008年3月毕业于日本国立三重大学工学部电气工学科系统工程专业,获博士学位;2008年4月~2009年3月三重大学SVBL研究中心外国人研究者。现就职于内蒙古工业大学电力学院智能电网信息系,教授,硕士生导师。入选内蒙古自治区‘321人才工程’,IEC TC88 专家组成员。
主要从事新能源微电网及储能技术综合优化利用、风光功率预测和微电网微观选址等方面的研究。主持和参与国家级、省部级科研项目10余项,其中,主持内蒙古科技计划项目3项,内蒙古自然科学基金重点项目1项,面上项目1项;主持IEA TASK41国际合作项目,2016年参加了科技部和日本JICA国际培训项目。作为骨干参与IEC国际标准编写(IEC/TC82/IEC62257-7-2,2022年3月出版);主编专著《风力发电系统设计、安装与运维》和教材《风力发电原理与设计》(T-book检索)。近5年在相关科研领域发表论文30余篇(10余篇SCI、EI检索),授权专利软著20余项。
校级‘教学名师’,首届校级教学质量‘杰出奖’获得者,获校级‘师德标兵’、‘优秀教师’、‘三育人先进个人’、‘研究生优秀指导教师’等称号;分获‘教育教学成果’一等奖、二等奖各一次。担任自治区级一流本科课程负责人,校级优秀教学团队负责人,曾担任‘新能源科学与工程专业’国家级一流本科专业建设点负责人。主持国家级教改项目1项,校级教改重点项目,混合课程、精品课程建设项目。指导学生获第二届中国可再生能源学会大学生优秀科技作品竞赛‘特等奖’1项,‘三等奖’2项;第九届互联网+大学生创新创业项目竞赛国家级‘铜奖’,第十二届“挑战杯”全区大学生创业计划竞赛‘一等奖’。指导自治区级大学生创新创业项目2项,指导的研究生中3人获得‘国家奖学金’。

RESUME
Jia Yan, female, Han nations, born in May 1973. Graduated from the Electrical Engineering Department of the National Mie University of Japan in March 2008 with a PhD degree in Systems Engineering; From April 2008 to March 2009, she was a foreign researcher at the SVBL Research Center of Mie University. She currently employed as a professor and master's supervisor in the Department of Smart Grid Information at the college of Electric Power, Inner Mongolia University of Technology. Selected as a member of the IEC TC88 expert group, the "321 Talent Project" in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
Mainly engaged in new energy microgrid and energy storage technology comprehensive optimization utilization, wind and solar power prediction and microgrid micro site selection research. She has presided over and participated in more than 10 national and provincial scientific research projects, including 3 Inner Mongolia Science and Technology plan projects, 1 key project of Inner Mongolia Natural Science Foundation and 1 general project; and the IEA TASK 41 international cooperation project. In 2016, she participated in the Ministry of Science and Technology and JICA International training project. Writed IEC international standards (IEC / TC82 / IEC62257-7-2, March 2022) as one of the key member; writed the book of "Design, Installation and Operation of Wind Power System" and the textbook "Principles and Design of Wind Power System" (T-book search) as the Main author. In the past five years, she has published more than 30 papers (more than 10 SCI and EI searches) in related scientific research fields, and authorized more than 20 patents.
As one of the "Famous teachers" of IMUT, She also won the first school level "Outstanding Award" for teaching quality, the "Teacher's Moral Model", "Excellent Teacher", "Advanced individual", "Excellent graduate Students Tutor", and won the first prize and the second prize once in "Educational and teaching achievements". The leader of the first-class undergraduate course at the autonomous region level, the excellent teaching team of IMUT; the leader of the National first-class undergraduate major construction point of "New Energy Science and Engineering". Presided over 1 national education reform project, 1 school-level key education reform project, mixed course and quality course construction project. Guided students to win 1 "grand prize" and 2 "third prizes" in the College Students Excellent Science and Technology Works Competition of China Renewable Energy Society; the national "Bronze Prize" in the 9th Internet+ College Students Innovation and Entrepreneurship Project Competition, and the "first prize" in the 12th "Challenge Cup" District College Students Entrepreneurship Plan Competition. She guided two innovation and entrepreneurship projects for college students at the autonomous region level, and three of the graduate students won the "National Scholarship".
