康海珍，女，汉族，1971年11月生，内蒙古人。1993年毕业于内蒙古工学院电气工程系电力系统及其自动化专业，获工学学士学位；1995年-1997年华北电力大学研究生课程（电力系统及其自动化硕士学位课程）进修，2009年-2010年在美国北伊利诺伊大学做访问学者。
2004年至今内蒙古工业大学电力学院电力系副教授，主要研究方向为电力系统继电保护。承担电气工程及其自动化专业本科教学：电力系统继电保护原理；电力专业英语；电气工程概论；科研训练；毕业设计。
2013年主持的电力系统继电保护原理精品课程通过鉴定验收；2014年主持的电力系统继电保护原理双语教学通过鉴定验收。
