白雪峰，男，蒙古族，1968年生人，中共党员，副教授。1992年毕业于东北师范大学物理系物理专业，同年7月分配到内蒙古工业大学信息工程学院，现隶属于电力学院，从事教学工作。期间，参加了清华大学控制理论与应用专业的研究生班的学习。
多年来，主要教授《电工学》课程，包括《电工学》课程的实践教学环节，也承担过《电路》、《电网络分析》、《电子技术》、《PLC技术与应用》、《工程电磁场》等课程的教学工作。研究兴趣主要包括电工技术、电子技术及自动控制技术的应用。
注重课程改革与发展，注重实验室建设，主编过实验教材《电工学》、《电工学实验》，发表过一些教改论文，并正着手于数字化课程电工电子技术的建设及配套教材《电工电子技术》及《电工电子技术实验教程》的编写工作。
关注大学生实践能力的培养，多次指导并带领学生参加“西门子”杯全国智能制造挑战赛，获得过全国二等奖、三等奖，华北地区一等奖、二等奖及三等奖。
Resume of Associate Professor
BaiXuefeng, male, Mongolian nationality, born in 1968, members of the CommunistParty of China, associate professor. Graduated from the northeast normaluniversity physics department of physics In 1992, he was assigned to allocationto the information engineering college of Inner Mongolia university oftechnology in July the same year, now belongs to the electric power college,engaged in teaching work. During the period, Bai also participated in the studyof graduate class in control theory and control process of Tsinghua university.
Overthe years, Bai taught in the main curriculum of Electrical Engineering,including practical teaching in the course of Electrical Engineering. He alsoundertook the teaching of Circuitry, Network Analysis, electronic technology, PLCTechnology and Application, Engineering Electromagnetic Field, etc. Theresearch interests mainly include the application of electronic technology,electrical technology and the automatic control technology.
Payinggreat attention to reform and development of the curriculum, and the laboratoryconstruction, Bai was the chief editor of experimental teaching material, theElectrical Engineering ,Experiment of Electrical Engineering. He has publishedseveral educational paper, and has been engaging on digital course constructionof the electrical and electronic technology, and compile of supporting teachingmaterials: "electrician electronic technology" and "electricaland electronic technology experiment course".
Payattention to the cultivation of the college students' practice ability, Baiguided and led the students to participate in the "Siemens" cupnational smart manufacturing challenge and won the second and third prize ofthe whole coutry , together with the first, second and third prize in northChina.
