张嘉英，1997年本科毕业于中国农业大学发电厂生产过程自动化专业，2006年于内蒙古工业大学检测技术及自动化装置专业获得硕士学位，并留校任教。现为控制理论与科学专业副教授。
研究方向主要为火电厂先进控制、新能源发电控制技术、其它工业过程对象建模及控制策略。
主要科研项目有内蒙古自然基金项目“超超临界机组燃烧系统的数值模拟与优化研究”；内蒙古工业大学基金项目“直驱式永磁同步风力发电系统机侧变换器控制技术的研究”；内蒙古工业大学基金重点项目“双馈式风力发电系统机侧控制策略的研究”。
教学工作主要包括，承担研究生的专业课程“系统辨识及自适应控制”，并对研究生进行指导。承担本科生的专业课程“过程控制系统”、“计算机控制系统”和“智能仪表”，并对毕业设计和课程设计进行指导。主持精品课程“计算机控制系统”的建设和校级教改项目“计算机控制系统课程实践教学环节的改革与研究”。

JiayingZhang,graduated from the China Agricultural University power plant production processautomation professional in 1997,master degree was obtained in themajor of detection technology and automation device in Inner MongoliaUniversity of Technology, and stayed in school to teach ,Now an AssociateProfessor of Control Theory and Science.
Themain research directions include thermal power plant advanced control, newenergy generation control technology, and other industrial process objectmodeling and control strategies.
